About This Course

Even before the recent pandemic hit, ecommerce has been booming in Malaysia and in countries around the world. After the phenomenal success of Lazada, another ecommerce platform called Shopee emerged, both creating great business opportunities and immense potential for many SMEs and companies. This in turn creates multiple new type jobs & more than million of jobs in the companies that are involved in ecommerce activities. 

In the ecommerce world, companies have to manage their own website, social media pages, Lazada pages, Shopee pages and multiple other systems that are required in running successful ecommerce shops. Companies also need to understand and manage warehousing, shipping & other logistics matters. Not to forget marketing that needs to be done to increase sales.

From small SMEs to large corporations, the multiple skills required in the ecommerce world can be applied to almost every company. 

In this course, students will learn everything needed for an ecommerce operation as a whole. The students will practice the process from the basic form of ecommerce until the most complex form of ecommerce. All will be taught using industry standard tools and systems.
